What's included
Product Strategy
Communication with stakeholders, discuss your project vision, business goals, and brand strategy. I'll establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs to measure the success of the future design. This information will be used to determine project priorities and plan design development.
A comprehensive UX audit of your product
I'll conduct competitor analysis, analytics research, content audit, and user interviews to gather relevant information on market and user needs.
User research and analysis
This deliverable includes research on your target users and their needs, behaviors, and goals, which will inform the design process. I'll analyze the data we gathered during the audit phase, create personas, construct use cases and storyboards to build a solid foundation for the future design process.
Design and prototype
In this deliverable I'll design the UI/UX of your app, complex business system, website, or any software you need. I'll start with a mood board and site map to crystalize the logic of UX. Then, I'll get to sketching and wireframing. I'll develop a prototype and test it with end-users to find areas of improvement. Will also run as many processes in parallel as possible to minimize the time investment and save you costs. If required, I'll improve the design concept and test them again to ensure users’ needs are met.
Detailed design documentation
This deliverable includes a report of the findings from the UX audit and user research, along with recommendations for how to improve the design and user experience.
Production
This deliverable includes the final design files, including wireframes, mockups, and design elements, which can be handed over to developers for implementation. Together, we perform a beta launch of the product, closely observing whether any updates to the design are required before the final launch.
Design Support
