General Introductory Call: we'll discuss your business, your goals, the problems you face, and your budget/timeline. This discussion should give me a sense of who you are and how I can help you!

Solution Pitch: After some brainstorming, and a few cups of coffee, I'll come back with a pitch, something that I believe meets the needs of your business, can be delivered within your timeline, and honors your budget.

Refinement: We'll spend some time together refining the idea. Hopefully I've gotten close, but you're the professional, there's bound to be some areas, requirements, or compliance aspects I'm unaware of. This is the chance to really hone-in and design a system that you'll enjoy using.

Development: This part is basically magic. Once we've decided on what the solution looks like I'll begin building it. Throughout this process I may have a few follow up questions, a few other ideas, and provide you with a few peeks at what's to come.

Roll-Out: Once you're happy with what's been built we'll come up with a game plan for implementing it in your business. Depending on the scale, this may be a full-send, jump into the deep end, type approach. Or perhaps we'll slowly digitize an existing analog system. If the project is big enough, I'll even happily fly out to provide on-site support, consultation, and training during the rollout.

Maintenance: Even if we get it perfect, all software needs maintenance. Think of this like an oil change on your car. The internet is constantly evolving and code is going to need to be tweaked to keep up with the latest security protocols, optimizations, and performance enhancements. Additionally, if you have other ideas for improvements, new features, and new products, they can be built as well.
