The initial first meeting will discuss the client's vision, what materials the client wishes the garment to be made out of, and a timeline of production. I will create an estimate of materials cost that will need to be approved before moving on to ensure any ordered materials arrive in time for the final garment to be constructed. - After talking with the client and discussing their vision for the final garment, I will take the measurements provided by the client and create a mock-up garment out of muslin. After the first mock-up, I will do 3 alteration sessions (if needed) to ensure the fit and vision is accurate to the client's idea. - Once the mock-up is approved by the client and I have the final chosen fabrics/materials, I will start sewing the final garment (I will send updates to clients to ensure everyone is on the same page). Once the garment is finished I will send a final photo to the client and will have it safely shipped to the address provided by the client.
