What's included

• Initial meeting

  We met to define a quick statement of work, set expectations, project scope and initial test cases. Here I ask questions and define if its feasible to met the expectations and deliver the final result in the agreed timeframe Note: this package is thought out to be delivered in 1 month, divided in 2 week sprints

• Initial PoC/MVP

  After the initial meeting, I will work on an initial proof-of-concept/minimum viable product that broadly solve some of the requirements, though this will depend on the complexity of the project, I'll try to advance as much as possible with the available time

• Demo/Feedback meeting

  We met after 2 weeks to review the status of the development, refine the requirements, define test cases if needed, figure out scenarios and edge cases for the final delivery

• Last sprint

  I will work the next two weeks to account for the requirement refinement and possible edge cases, with the provided test scenarios to finally schedule meeting to deliver the final product

• Final delivery

  We finally meet after 2 weeks from the demo meeting, and we go through what was done. I'll talk about what I accomplished, caveats and future work for features that were not considered in the initial scope of the development
