Discovery: We figure out your needs and convert them into technical specifications. We'll figure out the technology stack and have an idea of what additional services may be required.

Roadmap: Now that we have been acquainted with your project and have some of the technical ideas down, we'll put together the roadmap and a rough timeline.

Initial Development: This is setting up the scaffolding of your project, usually there isn't much to share during this phase. This includes setting up things like the database, project structure and data models.

Staging Site: As development progresses, I'll set up a temporary site for you to see progress in real time. This let's you try things out as they are built and helps to get me quick feedback to make any changes as we go.

Testing & QA: Setting up some automated systems to assist in testing will help minimize issues for your users in the future.

Production Setup: When we are nearing the finish line, we'll have to get your domain and hosting ready at a minimum. We'll get this started early so once the site is finished we can move it out live asap.

Review: You may have been making revision requests as we progressed from the staging site, but we'll also do a final check before production deployment for any changes, additions or subtractions.

Deployment: Now I'll take the web app live, everything will be migrated to your live hosting, and if necessary moved from the staging database to the production database.

Handover: Now everything is complete I'll transfer any needed services to you, send the code, and a comprehensive readme to help for any changes in the future.
