Third Room Consultants will work with you to:

Gather and organize information about pain points

Interview staff to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel needed for change

Produce data-driven business cases that include considerations for areas like revenue, expenditure, employment, with models

Develop solutions or alternative practices

Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes

Make recommendations to management through presentations and/or written reports

Confer with managers to ensure the changes are working
