Problem Solving : Understanding pain points user faces is very first step of my design process. Throughout this stage, I conduct different UX techniques like conducting user surveys, connecting with clients via video call , user interviews to gain insights on users and detect pain points and what can be done in solving those via critical design thinking.

Wireframes & User flows : With wireframing and userflows, I create user flows which provides seamless navigation to user and with wireframes, helps in putting out design insights in the form of design and helps making quick design decision. Wireframes further helps in converting data insights gained from user research to probable design solutions.

Visual Designs : Creating visually appealing design which has aesthetics, coupled with brand identity of the client. This phase includes multiple iteration where I test different design solutions for a screen/page and make further solution to make decision which appeals to user and works among the user.

Elevating User experience : Getting deliverables like design documentation and creating brand asset/pitch deck for product launch and adding micro-interactions and animations which elevates UX of the overall project.
