Process

Firstly I would respond to the mail,chat,call or social media messenger using CRM tools, Secondly would greet and introduce myself to the customer, Then I’d pay close attention to their issues without interrupting( if needed ask clarify questions to understand the issues). I would also ensure to confirm the customers identity and account if need be. Next I would use my knowledge to answer the issue but if it’s beyond me I would check the FAQs to see if the could be a possible solution or a previous question was being asked. If it is beyond my department I would seek permission from the customer to transfer them to the necessary department. And if I could realize the answer, I would carefully guide the customer through the process steps by steps. Lastly, I would ensure the customer understands the guides, schedule a follow up to check if the issue has been fully resolved if necessary, and then thank the customer for patience and for reaching out. And finally before ending the call, I would appeal to the customer to drop a feedback on their support experience.
