Process

1. Discovery Call
Objective: Understand the client's vision, goals, and requirements for the event.
Activities: Discuss the event's theme, audience, and desired impact. Gather any references and discuss any specific design preferences or requirements.
2. Proposal Development
Objective: Tailor a proposal that aligns with the initial discovery insights.
Activities: Develop 3 distinct mood boards offering varied design directions for the client's review, each encapsulating different aesthetic and thematic possibilities. One of these mood boards will be selected to guide the project's design phase.
3. Concept Development
Objective: Create an initial design concept based on the moodboard.
Activities: The design concept may include sketches, visualisations, or 3D models to visualize the scenic elements.
4. Final Design
Objective: Final design presentation.
Activities: Address minor adjustments and proceed to production.
5. Production & Fabrication
Objective: Bring the final design to life through production and fabrication.
Activities: Set up files to print and cut. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to produce the scenic elements.
6. Artwork Handover for Installation & Setup
Objective: Ensure a seamless transition of design elements for installation, focusing on remote coordination.
Activities: Coordinate handover of the deliverables and specifications to the client or on-site team. This includes detailed layout plans, material specifications, and setup instructions. Conduct a comprehensive handover meeting via video conference to review the installation guide, troubleshoot potential issues, and discuss any final adjustments needed. Provide a point of contact for real-time support during the installation process.
7. Post-Event Review
Objective: Evaluate the project's success and gather feedback for future improvement.
Activities: Conduct a debrief with the client to discuss the project outcomes and any feedback.
