User experience design for complex digital productsMbete Malu
I design clear, usable user experiences for complex digital products. My work focuses on structure, flows, and decision-making to reduce friction and improve task completion. Ideal for products with multiple roles, steps, or edge cases.
What's included
Discovery & UX Framing
This includes: review of product goals and constraints, identification of primary user roles, key tasks, success criteria, UX assumptions, and risks.
Information Architecture
This includes: feature and screen inventory, navigation structure, page hierarchy, and grouping
User Flows
This includes: end-to-end user journeys, role-based flows (where applicable), edge cases, alternate paths, and flow diagrams mapping screen relationships
Wireframes
This includes: low–mid fidelity wireframes, core screens and layouts, content hierarchy and prioritization, and task-focused screen structure
Usability Considerations
This includes: error prevention patterns, empty, loading, and error states, and accessibility-conscious layouts
UX Handoff
This includes: clearly labeled wireframes, notes explaining logic and intent, and ready for UI design or development
