This offering is a full mobile experience design exercise from ideation to design, this process covers the full design of a mobile application and optionally a dashboard to supply the app data or control the app as an admin.
This service is tailored for entrepreneurs and founders who are looking to quickly trandform their idea into product they can visually test with potential users or investors.
Process
The process is quite straightforward
Ideation: this process is ideally a call session with the client where we discuss the vision(idea) itself in order to coin out a problem statement.
User Research: I conduct user research to understand the users' needs. I study what they do and how they feel. I also sample existing solutions to identify their pain points. The goal is to empathize with the users so that I can design a solution that meets their needs.
Analysis and presentation of data from the user research to the client including a detail problem statement and a detailed solution page.
Wireframing: After our analysis and presentation meeting, we move to sketching out the solution that we agreed upon.
Digital Wireframe Presentation to the client for approval to see if we are aligned.
I will develop a style guide for your mobile app, including a library of assets and components. I will then design pages for your app based on the wireframes we agreed upon.
High Fidelity design presentation to client
I will hand off the prototype to the client if they are satisfied with the design and it meets their business goals and user needs. Alternatively, I can set up a user testing session for the client to evaluate the design. In either case, I will document the design so that developers can implement it. Once the project is complete, I will transfer the deliverables to the client.

This document will contain all the design files and documentation and all the design step pages (empathy, definition, user flow, user journey map, persona, wireframe, moodboard, style guide, mini ui kit, high fidelity design and prototype with tagged documentation)
