Summary

I'm Asim, an Ex-IBMer and a seasoned Experience Designer with over 10 years of experience working with multiple clients mostly for Fintech on their design and digital transformation journeys.

Process

In my design process I focuses on creating a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience for users when interacting with a product or website. The process typically involves several stages, each building upon the previous one to ensure the final product meets the needs and expectations of the target users.
UX design process stages: 1. Understand the target audience, their needs, behaviors, and pain points. 2. Clearly define the problem and outline the scope of the solution. 3. Design Low-Fed mockup on paper. 4. Design High-Fed prototypes 5. Evaluate the usability of the design.

  • UX for website

    Website Layout and Structure: 1. Wireframes/Mockups: These are basic designs of the website’s structure, showing placement of key elements (e.g., header, navigation, footer, content areas, images, etc.). 2. Design Templates: Designs for each template or type of page on the site (home page, product pages, category pages, about us, etc.).

  • Responsive Design

    Mobile responsive design: Designs for how the website will appear and function on mobile devices.

  • Interactive Prototypes

    A clickable prototype that simulates the user interaction with the website. This is useful for testing the user flow and making adjustments before development.

  • Development Handoff

    Style Guide/Design System: A detailed guide with all design specifications (fonts, colors, spacing, UI components, etc.) to ensure consistency during development. Assets Folder: All images, icons, and files ready for use in development.
