Certified Asana Specialist (Administrator & Workflow Specialist).

I provide complete, backend structural setups for your Asana workspaces. Turn your messy tracking files, spreadsheets, and chaotic pipelines into streamlined, automated digital hubs.

What this service includes:

Custom workspace, project board, and Gantt chart layout design

Advanced custom field mapping and tag optimization

Backend workflow automation rules to auto-assign and route tasks

Dependency linking to ensure milestones track flawlessly

How I work:

This service is 100% asynchronous. Drop your raw project files, spreadsheets, or current board layout requirements into the Contra portal. I execute the structural cleanups silently behind the scenes and deliver a fully functional, automated architecture. Email me at hannahdmconsulting@gmail.com
