- Will works as a Customer Retention Specialist and help in improving the User Experience of the core of every business: CUSTOMERS!
- Updating tickets created in ZenDesk/Kustomer/ or any other CRM that you use to communicate with your Customers.
- Will help in introducing new macros/verbiage whenever required to improve the Response Time.
