About this service

Summary

Update or develop a new brand and its key visual elements to increase its relevance, differentiation and competitiveness. Our approach focuses on combining creative ideas with an aesthetic to match what is appropriate for each client and resonates with their target audiences.
Our Process
Discovery
We’ll ask questions, and do the research to understand as much as we can about your brand, your needs, your goals and expectations. We often offer doing a Positioning workshop or exercises.
Moodboards
Before we dive into design work, we always do a gut check to make sure we are on the same page. That’s why we put together visual inspiration boards to share with you. We’ll talk about what feels right for your brand, and use your choices as a reference throughout our creative process.
Visual Identity Design
The first round of design usually takes 2 weeks, but it varies depending on project scope and schedule. Besides creating directions of logo, typography, colors and visual elements, we also present you relevant sample executions that show how all the elements look and feel when they interact.
Revisions
A standard project scope includes two rounds of feedback. If you need more revisions, we’ll charge an overage fee. A couple things to consider: live with the new design, see how it feels, let all decision-makers weigh in before revisions begin and consolidate feedback before sending it our way.
Touchpoints
In addition to the visual identity, most projects require some kind of collateral design where the brand is actually applied and where it will be in use in real life, such as stationery, print or digital ads, merch, templates, decks, website, etc. These items would be designed after the first round of identity design.
Hand-off
After your feedback is incorporated, we’ll deliver all your files as outlined in the project scope. For a typical branding project, this means you’ll get all kinds of logo files, any key design assets we created during the process, and the guidelines to help you start building out your brand.
