As announced by OpenAi, it's now possible to "vibe code" an entire app of any kind using ChatGPT 5. A non-programmer will likely hit a wall pretty fast, but a seasoned developer, with a little patience, can achieve the promised goal. It will require many iterations to get there, and the AI won't install dependencies nor deploy the app, butt in the end you save a considerable amount of money and time. What used to require a team of developers now can be delivered by one developer + ChatGPT 5. The AI costs are negligible, and I can use my accounts.

With ChatGPT 5, it's now possible for a developer to "vibe code" complete apps of any kind. Since GPT 5 has been released I have deep dived into its capabilities and discovered the proper way to take full advantage of those capabilities. As an AI-Assisted Software Engineer, my role is to recursively direct the AI to generate the code, finding and correcting issues along the way. I will use both GPT 5's chatbot and the GPT 5 API to do everything from planning your app to coding and testing it. Finally, I will deploy and provision your app on your hosting service. As you probably guessed, the end result is a much, much shorter turnaround time and a negligible cost. Basically, the old methodology is obsoleted!
