Custom design with UX best practices in mind. I design websites and landing pages that are easy to use and easy to find.
This is often couple with theme/website development, but doesn't have to be! If you like the sites I've made but are already working with a developer you like, I'm happy to provide high quality design files for you.
Page Creation/Development
I do most of my building in WordPress. Don't think of this as a non-starter, but rather a jumping off point. If you want to build more landing pages down the road, it makes sense to create a template.
Or if you want to eventually develop a landing page into a full product site, we already have the foundation in place.
Hosting/Maintenance
I have the infrastructure to host your landing page. However, if you feel more comfortable doing that yourself, I have experience with several industry leaders in the WordPress Managed Hosting community.
