Summary
I have previous experience in writing and committing multiple SOPs, playbooks, and handbooks for a number of IT, technical support, and network engineering tasks and concepts for Amazon. The technical depth of the SOP or handbook is subject to the client's vision. I can write a general SOP without source material for a large number of IT tasks and common computing environments, such as Office, Windows, and Mac. Please let me know if you will be including source material or whether I will be writing the SOP from scratch.
What's included
Standard Operating Procedure
Client will receive a formatted SOP that includes step-by-step instruction. The SOP can include graphics. If proprietary, client will provide. If general, I can source. I have various templates to choose from, per the client's vision.
Handbooks
Client will receive a formatted handbook that includes Introduction, Scope, Purpose, Tasks, Cover Page, Change Log, References, and Appendixes (as needed.) The handbook can be stylized, per the client's vision, to include attractive visuals. Otherwise, the handbook will be a simple black-and-white technical document.
