Day 1-2: Discuss about the project goals and diagnose the possible challenges through out the project. This will help us to diagnose the timeline we need through out the project. Day 3-5: Create a wireframe using all the data we gathered from research, website questionnaire and competitor research. This will help us align all our ideas if we are in same page. Day 5-6: Revisions Fix - We will most likely fix all necessary adjustment we need including the layout and features. Day 7-10: UI Design, We will start creating a design from all the data we gather from previous meeting and wireframes. We will start adding colors, animations and etc. using Figma tool. Disclaimer: The estimated no. of days could vary depends the projects scope and challenges. Day 11-12: After we are finish the UI, we will schedule a call to make sure everything is perfect and everyone agreed that we are ready to move in development stage. All necessary challenges should be fix during this stage. Including the fonts, colors, typography, spacing, margins, images and the most important is the content. Note: All necessary major revision should be fix, during this stage. Day 13: Finally we are now bringing all our ideas to real world. This time we are going to make sure that necessary assets and preparation is ready for development. Usually I will ask a one day preparation to setup all the hosting, domain, components from Figma to framer and etc. 7-10 Days: Once everything is ready, we will start bringing the design to development. This is one the most crucial time the project. We are going to make all design we created are replicated in framer as much as possible. Every margins, paddings, shadows and etc. should be pixel perfect. Functionality - Every buttons, animation, re direct should be setup properly, including the images, type, etc... and features that have functionality Final Stage - Finally, your website is now LIVE! But the hard part is just getting started. After we handover all necessary assets and other information you needed. We will continue to observe and diagnose using the data from analytics how the website perform. If we needed some update, features to be added and etc. This is to make sure that your website will continue to grow as your business grow.
