Process

The process consists of four phases for our projects: research, development, exposure and delivery. Through this approach, we are able to deeply merge client demands, recognize design opportunities and design efficient and customized solutions.

Research

The first phase focuses on understanding the context of the project and the client's needs. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audience personas and understanding client expectations.

The research phase helps the design team to gain an overview of the project and define the main objectives to be achieved. In this way, supporting moodboards are created which, in absolute collaboration with the client, can obtain ideal visual directions to continue with the next steps.

In addition, the knowledge and information gathered in the discovery phase is synthesized and refined. The main design opportunities are identified, the brand's value proposition and its main features are defined. This phase is essential to ensure that the project is aligned with the needs of the client and target audience.

Development

The second phase is the Development phase, in which the team begins to create the brand's visual identity.

In this stage, the visual elements of the brand are defined, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other elements that make up the visual identity.

The team also defines the brand's communication strategy and performs tests to validate the design ideas.

Presentation.

The phase of this project is called presentation, where the team tries to present everything done to the client in preparation for the final delivery, giving a broad overview of how the project has developed and the most essential aspects.

If there is a requirement that the project deserves to be adjusted, it is in this phase where the entire project is defined; even so, if there is something that could have been left behind, or was omitted and, for both the team and the client, it is necessary to include it, it is defined to be included in the project (understanding that it is something very specific; if not, the budget would be reconsidered under the same main criteria).

Delivery

The final phase is delivery, in which the design team finalizes the brand's visual identity and creates brand communication materials.

At this stage, the team monitors the implementation of the brand and evaluates its effectiveness. The delivery phase is critical to ensure that the brand is effective and meets the needs of the customer and target audience.

If I don't have a brand name yet, can I still start the project?
Yes. But we will need the name to be defined in the Research process, in case you want Jesign to provide the brand name, there will be a separate fee, to do the proper research and preparation.
Is it possible to complete the project in less time?
Yes. Upon payment of an emergency fee.
Can you present us with more solutions to choose the best result?
We believe in our process and methodology and are confident that the solutions presented will be the best possible, everything will be worked out under a professional and objective criterion. If you still need more options, you will be charged an additional amount corresponding to each variation presented.
How can you guarantee that I will like the solution presented?
