Process

1. Initial Phone Call / Consultation

Purpose: This call is to establish a connection and gain a high-level understanding of the client’s needs.

Key Points:

Discuss the project’s purpose (pitch deck, sales presentation, etc.).

Understand the audience (investors, stakeholders, clients, etc.).

Clarify deadlines, expectations, and budget.

Review the client’s brand guidelines or visual preferences.

Address any initial questions or concerns.

2. Understanding the Vision and Desired Outcome

Purpose: Dive deeper into the client’s vision to ensure that the presentation aligns with their goals.

Key Points:

Define the presentation’s objectives (inform, persuade, sell, etc.).

Establish tone and style (corporate, creative, playful).

Discuss the key messages and structure (e.g., intro, body, call-to-action).

Determine if animations, transitions, or specific visuals are needed.

3. Collecting Assets

Purpose: Gather all materials necessary to create the presentation.

Key Points:

Request any existing brand assets (logos, fonts, color schemes).

Collect content such as text, data, graphs, and images.
