I will send you a brand survey via email where I can learn more about your brand, values, and why you started your business. Your brand is alive and always evolving, so this really helps me nail down who you AND your business are.
You have a busy schedule and/or 1:1 calls are intimidating, I get it! That's why you have the option to choose if you want to have a call and complete the survey together OR to do the survey on your own.
Regardless, our main line of communication will be email + notion :)
Payments, Invoices, Funds Oh My! 🌱
You will receive an invoice via email after I receive your brand survey or after our 1:1 call. Once payment has been sent, work begins the next day!
If you would like to use Paypal, that option is available to you!

Have one less thing on your mind as I start my research into your brand, audience, color palettes, fonts, and more.
I will send you a mid week check in of any drafts I have, where you can request a revision!
We wanna make sure this project is going in a direction you're satisfied with!
✈️Send It Out:
After one week of starting your work, you will receive your deliverables via email.
*cue celebratory music* 🥳
Starting the day the final products are sent to you, there is a one week trial period where you can send in one final revision request (via email) to rework details of either the graphics or captions you are not completely happy with!
After that week, everything is locked in. 🔏
