  Full setup of the database environment (MySQL, MsSQL, or PostgreSQL), including installation and configuration if needed. Optimized indexes, views, and triggers to improve database performance.

• Data Migration and Population:

  Assistance with data migration from legacy systems, if applicable. The initial population of tables with sample or real data provided by the client.

• SQL Queries and Stored Procedures:

  Custom SQL queries for data retrieval, updates, and manipulation. Development of stored procedures and functions for automated or complex tasks. Optimization of existing queries to enhance performance.

• Database Security Configuration:

  Setup of user roles, permissions, and access control to ensure secure data handling. Implementation of encryption or other security features, as required.

• Backup and Recovery Plan:

  A backup strategy and configuration for the database to ensure data safety. Documentation on restoring the database in case of failure.

• Performance Tuning

  Database performance analysis and optimization to ensure smooth operation under expected load. Recommendations for scaling the database as data grows.

• Documentation

  Detailed technical documentation outlining the database structure, custom queries, and stored procedures. User manual for non-technical stakeholders if required, explaining how to interact with the database.

• Post-Delivery Support:

  A defined period of support for troubleshooting and resolving any issues post-deployment. Optional ongoing maintenance or further customization (if included in the agreement).
