  Once you book and sign your contract, you’ll receive: Access to your client portal (your project hub) • A welcome guide outlining our next steps • Your onboarding checklist with clear instructions to prepare for your project start date

• Are there any ongoing costs I should know about?

  Yes. If I build your website on Squarespace, you’ll need to maintain a Squarespace subscription and your domain name registration (both billed directly by Squarespace or your domain provider). These are standard costs for owning a website. If I build your website on WordPress, you’ll have a few ongoing costs to keep your site live and running smoothly: •Domain name – Your web address (around $10–$20/year) •Hosting – The space where your site lives online (from $5/month) •Optional extras – Premium design tools, plugins, or security services if you choose them •Maintenance – If you’d like us to handle updates, backups, and fixes, we offer ongoing care plans

• Can I be involved in the creative process?
