Learning Spanish isn’t just about grammar—it’s about connecting with people, ideas, and culture.
I’m an Indigenous Guatemalan from the Maya K’iche’ community, born and raised in Quiché and now living in Quetzaltenango (Xela). For more than five years, I’ve helped students from around the world build confidence through natural conversations while discovering Guatemala from an authentic local perspective.
Our sessions are designed for intermediate and advanced learners who want to improve fluency naturally while discussing topics that genuinely interest them.

We can talk about:

• Guatemalan and Latin American culture
• Indigenous traditions and perspectives
• Travel
• Current events
• Science
• Philosophy
• Faith and religion
• Books and literature
• Entrepreneurship
• Everyday life
Rather than following a rigid lesson plan, I guide our conversations with thoughtful questions that encourage you to speak as much as possible. During our session, I keep a shared document where I note vocabulary, grammar corrections, useful expressions, and personalized feedback so you leave with practical notes to review afterward.
Whether you’re preparing for travel, living in a Spanish-speaking country, maintaining your fluency, or simply looking for meaningful conversations with a native speaker, I’d be happy to help.
Come practice Spanish while discovering Guatemala through the eyes of someone who calls it home.
