Full-stack Development

How I work:

I use Git and GitHub for source control. I use Jira for project management. I manage my work myself, and you won’t have to worry about project management or my work schedules. I provide daily updates on the work I did. I offer weekly or bi-weekly demos of my work.

Clear and open communication is a fundamental aspect of my work, and I prioritize transparency and effective collaboration with both my team and clients. I emphasize clean, documented, elegant and efficient code, which makes it easier to test and change in the future.

Phases:

If you do not have designs, I can provide drafts of how the application will look and feel using Figma. I’ll listen to your reviews and feedback, and will provide revisions to ensure it looks exactly like you want it to look.

I’ll first write the APIs for the back-end. We can use Express.js or NestJS for that. We’ll also need to connect a database with it. I'll be using Postman to test APIs.

When the APIs are complete, I’ll start the process of setting up and building the frontend client. We can use Angular or Vue.js for that. We can use component libraries if desired. I’ll be following best practices when writing code.

When the app is complete, I’ll look into hosting and deployment. When the application goes live, a period of six weeks will be given for maintenance and support, in case any major bugs or issues arise.

I'll be delivering an efficient, documented, clean and finished product. My written software will be unit tested, fast and useful. If mock-ups were provided, the look of the app will pixel-perfectly align with the mock-ups. I will also be available to help during the hosting/deployment period.
