I offer end to end web and mobile apps development where I will deliver apps with features such as user profiles, payments/subscriptions, marketing (push notifications/emails/text messages), data storage, CMS integrations ...etc. I promise transparency, a timely deliver and a quality product.

First, I would need to meet with you and/or the team to get introduced to each other and get to know the project. We would discuss the project at length, and I would ask all the questions I need before I take some time and come back with a detailed project plan.

Second, I would come back with a project plan where we would need to agree on project milestones, each with a completion due date, and compensation amount. We could also just have one milestone and deliver the project all at once if the work doesn't need to be split up.

Once the project plan is agreed on, I would start with the first milestone. Upon completion I would share the work for feedback. If there's some changes required, I would go back and implement those changes. Once the work is approved, I would be compensated for that piece of work and I would proceed to the next milestone. Like that, milestone by milestone, we can build your website or mobile app incrementally and have a fully working quality product at the end.

Of course, each project is unique and might require a different process than this one. I am always open to suggestions and can go with a different process if the client requires one. This process I identified is just a process that have worked with me in the past and would recommend following.
