This is the general process that I follow but it is not always the same. 1. First, you will contact and provide me with the raw footage so that I can analyze it and give me a brief requirements list and what you need. Once I have done my analysis, we will proceed to step 2 to discuss requirements 2. You will schedule a meeting to discuss everything in detail. Ideally this meeting is scheduled one day in advance so both of us have enough time to prepare our questions. you can connect with me, and we can discuss project requirements and details. We can schedule a meeting to go over the details and discuss requirements.

3. Once the requirements are confirmed, we will negotiate a price to agree on and the expected results. This way, we can avoid any misunderstanding. 4. Then we will initiate an offer and I will start working on the project and prepare a draft version as soon as possible that we will discuss together and if you are happy with the draft then I will continue completing it otherwise we will discuss what needs to be changed and I will make adjustments as needed. 5. After that, I will try to complete the project and make it as close to the final quality as possible. Once it is ready, you will have another opportunity to review the final output. If there are any changes, I will make changes. At this point, I will be eligible for half payment on fixed price projects. 6. I will make any final touches needed and render/export the footage in its final glory. When you are 100% satisfied with it, we will complete the project and I receive the payment and you receive the quality work. 7. You contact me again for another project as I am sure, we want stronger relationship and work on multiple projects together.

In this project, you will receive up to HD video (1280x720), Full HD (1920 x 1080), and UHD 4K footage depending on the raw footage. Based on your request and requirements, your video can be rendered in very high bitrate if needed. This is helpful if you want your videos to be very sharp and detailed. Upscaling is available and this also depends on the raw footage.
You receive 2 revisions
In this project, you will have the opportunity to request 2 revisions. First I will create a short draft based on your requirements and if there are any suggestion and analysis we will discuss that in detail. Once the file is completed, you will have the opportunity to review the footage again and in final quality again. This way, the results are matching your expectations.

You can request to receive your final output in multiple formats. 16:9 and 9:16 if it doesn't include further editing otherwise, we can discuss that in detail as well. You will be able to receive your footage in normal cinematic resolution 16:9, or short form video for YouTube shorts, TikTok, Instagram reels format 9:16 also known as vertical format. Video can be exported in your liking of format like MP4, or any other format.

Voice and Audio cleaning and editing
Audio is the most important element of video and I will remove background noises, extra words like uh, um, coughing, sneezing, etc and improve the overall audio quality to give your video a more professional look and feel.
