Show me where the website gets in the way.
A booking button that opens the wrong service. A contact form that goes nowhere. A visitor who has to send a message just to work out what to choose. I'll trace the problem, repair the agreed links, embeds or forms, and check the result on desktop and mobile.
The $600 focused repair covers one page and one connection, with seven-day delivery and one revision round. A connection is one booking link, provider embed or form on your existing website.
For a larger repair, $1,200 covers up to three pages and three connections in fourteen days with two revision rounds. $1,800 covers up to five pages and five connections in twenty-one days with three rounds. Message me before ordering so we can confirm the fault and choose the right scope.
Each package uses one existing provider. Forms can have up to ten fields and one notification destination. You receive the agreed repairs, desktop and mobile checks, and written notes showing what changed.
I'm David, behind Little Fight NYC. For Hair By Rachel Charles, I built service guidance and the Hair Brief around the Square booking setup her clients already knew. The useful tool stayed; the website did more of the explaining.
Before we start, send the site URL, the problem, the affected pages and your current platform/provider. Share access by invitation when needed. Testing uses agreed dummy data, with no real bookings, charges or customer messages.
Provider outages, paid subscriptions, custom booking engines, APIs, payments, migrations and full redesigns are separate. Report defects within the agreed scope within seven days after delivery. Ongoing maintenance is separate.
