What's included
3D Architectural Model
A digital architectural model built in SketchUp, based on client requirements.
Texturing and Material Setup
Application of realistic textures and materials to accurately represent the architectural design.
Lighting Design & Visualization
Natural and/or artificial lighting setup to create the desired atmosphere and enhance spatial perception.
3D Rendering
High-resolution still renders (interior and/or exterior) with realistic lighting, textures, and context.
Format: PNG / JPG (high resolution, e.g. 2000px+)
Quantity: 2 views (or more depending on package)
Post-Production Editing
Color correction, contrast, sky replacement, vegetation, and final touch-ups for a polished result.
File Delivery
Final images delivered in JPG / PNG / TIFF format (other formats available upon request).
Deliverable files: renders, 3D model, textures. (As needed)
Format: final renders in PNG/JPG, model file as SKP / FBX / OBJ. (As needed)
Includes instructions or scene files ready for presentation. (As needed)
Optional Add-ons
- 3D animations (walkthroughs or flythroughs).
- Rendered floor plans or conceptual diagrams.
- AI render enhancement for hyper-realistic renders.
- Additional camera views upon request.

Up to 3 revisions included within the scope of the project.

I can work with CAD drawings (DWG, DXF), Revit files (RVT), SketchUp (SKP), or PDFs with clear dimensions.
A render includes the main architectural model, basic lighting, materials, and composition. Additional elements such as detailed furniture, people, or landscaping can be added upon request.
Delivery time depends on project complexity. A simple render can take 3–5 days, while larger architectural models may require 2–3 weeks.
Each project includes up to 3 revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions can be requested at extra cost.
