• Free 1:1 consultation

  The first step! In this meeting, we will get to know each other to ensure mutual fit. From there, we will talk through an overview of your venture, your goals, materials needed to best understand your venture, and a plan to achieve the goals during our time together. We will also chat through communication expectations, meeting cadence, etc.

• Current state of your venture

  You will need to send any documentation you see fit (e.g. Pitch deck, Powerpoint) so that I can understand the current state of your venture. From there, I will extract and confirm assumptions you have embedded into your venture regarding customer problem & persona, industry, and market.

• Landscape report

  This report will give a comprehensive overview & insights into the current status of the industry & consumer you are looking to serve. It will cover questions like: What are the current and emerging trends? What is the current market value and what is it projected for?

• Competitive analysis report

  This report will name competitors to watch, their positioning, what user need they solve & how they do it. This will help give a sense as to what aspects of their offerings are table stakes and where potential opportunities for differentiation lie.

• Customer needs report

  This report will help create focus around the user need that the product/service is solving and begin crafting a detailed customer persona. This step creates the focus necessary to ensure a successful customer research process!

• Customer research

  Through various research methods, we will begin to test the business & user needs assumptions with real people! Usually this will happen two ways: A survey & live interviews.

• Simplified & detailed next steps

  A final package will be created that brings the story together! This will include current unanswered questions/gaps, risks, and next steps.
