The first step! In this meeting, we will get to know each other to ensure mutual fit. From there, we will talk through an overview of your venture, your goals, materials needed to best understand your venture, and a plan to achieve the goals during our time together. We will also chat through communication expectations, meeting cadence, etc.
Current state of your venture
You will need to send any documentation you see fit (e.g. Pitch deck, Powerpoint) so that I can understand the current state of your venture. From there, I will extract and confirm assumptions you have embedded into your venture regarding customer problem & persona, industry, and market.
Landscape report
This report will give a comprehensive overview & insights into the current status of the industry & consumer you are looking to serve. It will cover questions like: What are the current and emerging trends? What is the current market value and what is it projected for?
