For USD100, I will apply up to five agreed rules to one non-sensitive UTF-8 CSV with a header row, up to 5,000 rows and 20 columns. Rules can include surrounding-whitespace trimming, agreed header names, explicit date-format conversion and exact duplicate handling.
You receive the cleaned CSV, a change log, unresolved exceptions and before/after row counts and relevant numeric controls. The original is preserved. IDs remain text with leading zeros intact unless you explicitly request a different rule. Negative values are preserved unless an agreed business rule says otherwise.
Duplicate removal must be explicitly agreed. Conflicting records are flagged, not merged by guesswork. No fuzzy entity resolution, inferred missing values, system access or unapproved changes.
Delivery is 3 calendar days after I accept the input and written rules, including one correction against those rules. AI-assisted preparation with checked calculations. Only send non-sensitive data you are authorized to share and have cleared for AI-assisted processing. No personal, confidential or regulated information.
