Process

1. Initial Consultation
We start with an initial phone or Google Meet conversation to discuss your project. During this meeting, we’ll explore your goals, vision, brand identity, and any specific needs or challenges you’re facing. We’ll also outline a timeline and budget.
2. Proposal & Agreement
After our conversation, I will send over a tailored proposal that includes an overview of services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once we’re aligned, we’ll move forward with a contract that outlines the specifics of the project and sets clear expectations.
3. Kickoff & Strategy Development
With the contract in place, we’ll set up a communication channel, such as email or Slack (if applicable), for ongoing collaboration. Here, we’ll dive deeper into the project scope, discuss any necessary research, and outline the strategy to ensure we’re on the same page.
4. Concept & Design Phase
At this stage, I’ll begin developing the design concepts, visuals, and other creative assets for your project. You’ll receive a first draft or prototype for feedback. We’ll work together through revisions to refine the concepts until we hit the mark on your vision.
5. Ongoing Communication & Feedback
Throughout the project, I will keep you updated on progress via our communication platform (email, Slack, etc.), allowing for feedback, questions, and clarifications. We’ll schedule regular check-ins, so you’re always in the loop and can provide real-time feedback.
6. Final Deliverables & Approval
Once all components are finalized, I will present the final deliverables. This will include all the assets as agreed upon in the contract. You will have the chance to review them and request any last-minute changes before approval.
7. Handover & Implementation
After receiving your approval, I will deliver the final files in the appropriate formats for implementation (whether it’s for print, web, or social media use). I’ll also provide any necessary instructions or guidance on how to use the materials if needed.
8. Post-Project Support
Even after the project is complete, I’m here to help! If any issues arise or you need minor adjustments down the road, feel free to reach out. Depending on the nature of the package, additional support can be offered as needed.
