Things I might be able to do for you: (+) Represent your sales funnel in Asana, opening a task when a salesperson sends an outgoing e-mail, then advance the tasks through pipelines (e.g. cold email sent, reply received, appointment set, customer onboarded, etc.) (+) Parse log files and open a task for engineering attention when certain things happen. Flag the task for management attention, when it's not closed by the engineer within X days. ...these are just some examples.
