What's included

• Space Planning/ Finish Schedule

  Clients will receive multiple space plan designs that include, but is not limited to furniture layouts, built-in designs, wall decor size/ location, trim/ paint designs. *Number of layouts depends on size and scope of room. When applicable, Designer can create a finish schedule which outlines the materials for the project. This includes, but is not limited to, paint, flooring, tile, lighting, and millwork/casework.

• Moodboards/ Renderings

  Client will receive 2-4 moodboards that show all elements of the room. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture recommendations, finish specifications, lighting, artwork, decor, and window treatments. When applicable, Designer can create 3D renderings in Photoshop to give a more realistic visual of the space. This is usually only for things like kitchens, bathrooms, and millwork/ casework.

• Shoppable Pinterest Board/ Lite Procurement

  Each moodboard will come with a shoppable Pinterest board that links you directly to the product website to order. When needed, designer can procure orders from Trade Only vendors. When we receive a designer discount we are happy to pass that along to clients.

• Meetings

  This includes phone calls, zoom meetings, or on-site meetings if local to the Greater Philadelphia area.
