Summary

I offer to design artwork that can be printed on clothing, accessories, and home decor. My artwork is mostly figurative and in a comic book style, which you can view in my portfolio.

Process

Here is some important information:
Revision Policy:
1 revision at the thumbnail stage
2 revisions at the final artwork stage
Revisions include minor changes and adjustments. Major changes may require additional charges.
Stage 1: Initial Discussion and Contract
The Client: You will explain the artwork you want me to create, including any references, mood boards, and specific themes.
Contract: I will present a contract outlining the project scope, timeline, pricing, terms, and usage rights. We will discuss the intended use of the artwork (personal or commercial) to ensure the correct copyright usage is included. Then, we both sign the contract to formalize the agreement.
Stage 2: Rough Thumbnail Stage
Me: I will create 3 rough thumbnail concepts to show you.
Discussion: We will discuss via email or zoom call which one you would like taken to a finish. If you are happy with one of the rough thumbnail concepts, I can begin working on the final artwork. If not, we can do one more revision at the thumbnail stage, meaning I will create 3 more rough concepts. After this, I will begin working on the final artwork.
Stage 3: Final Artwork Stage
Review: I will email you a low-resolution jpeg so you can review the artwork and provide feedback on any changes or improvements you would like.
Payment
Final Delivery: I will send you the final artwork file.
Timeline:
Initial thumbnails: 1 week
Revisions: 4 days
Final artwork: 3 weeks
Communication:
Preferred methods: Email
Response time: I will respond to emails within 1 day.
Approval Process:
Your approval is required at each stage before proceeding to the next stage.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms and conditions: I will send the invoice once the artwork is completed, just before I send you the final file.
You will have 30 days from the date of the invoice to make the payment

  • Are you printing the artwork?

    I will not be printing the artwork. I am only providing you with the file of the finished artwork for you to print yourself. Whether you use a print-on-demand service or any other method is up to you.

  • What type of artwork file will I receive?

    You will receive a high-quality digital file of the finished artwork, typically in JPEG or PNG format. I will not be handing over the PSD (photoshop) file unless we have agreed otherwise.

  • Can I request custom designs or modifications?

    Yes, I offer custom design services. Please contact me with your specific requirements, and I'll work with you to create a unique piece tailored to your preferences.

  • How will I receive the artwork file?

    The artwork file will be delivered to you via email or a secure file transfer service. You will receive a download link to access the file.
