What's included in your pricing?
My pricing includes initial concepts (2-3 options), 2 rounds of revisions on your selected direction, and all final production files for the agreed-upon usage. Source files are available as an add-on.
How many revisions do I get?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions after you select a concept. This ensures focused progress while maintaining project scope and timeline.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll always get ready-to-use files (JPG, PNG, PDF) plus social media adaptations. Editable source files (AI, PSD) are available as an optional add-on, as many clients don't need them (Extra Cost).
How do you handle stock photography or assets?
I can source high-quality licensed assets for you, billed at cost, or you can provide the images you'd like me to use. All licensing will be documented for your records.
Can you match my company's existing branding?
Absolutely. Please provide your brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo) at the start, and I'll ensure all designs align perfectly with your visual identity.
How long does a typical project take?
Most poster or composite projects take 5-10 business days from approved brief to final delivery, depending on complexity and feedback speed.
What if I need changes after the final delivery?
Minor tweaks are accommodated within 7 days of delivery. After that, or for significant changes, we can create a new scope as a follow-up project.
