A SaaS is a huge product to design but together and a great dev team, I am sure we can create a service that brings amazing value to the table, a UVP and great features that will make an impact in whichever industry you are thinking of innovating. We'll first start out with a lot of calls to dissect your idea, UVP, business model, potential innovations and more to make sure we can carve out a spot in the industry.

I will then benchmark direct and indirect competitors to analyze their strengths, weaknesses, their audience, and what we could offer against them.

I will then need to interview at least 20 potential users with the vision of our product, and questions about existing products, the industry, and testing possible biases the UVP could hold.

Afterwards I will design the products architecture and workshop it with the main stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with business goals as well as well as tech capabilities and timelines.

I will the start working on the product's wireframes, ensuring we solve the tasks determined as crucial as well as leaving space for new future upgrades or features.

I will start designing the product's Ui, depending on timelines and dev workload we can adapt an existing design system first, then develop our own if needed, or design one from scratch to best match the apps branding and visual identity.

I will then prototype the most important paths determined by the stakeholders to have user research sessions before using any development resources, ensuring we are on the right path, we can also offer alpha invitations on a landing page to start gaugin interest and marketing needs for launch.

Once research is done I will hold a meeting with stakeholders to share my findings, recommending any changes before handing off to developers. Once developers have an MVP we will also choose the best analytics tool to measure data as well as determine product OKRs.

Once data starts coming in, we'll also start outreach to have research sessions with users and start iterating to exceed OKRs and keep the app growing to its full potential.
