• What platform do you use?

  I'm a Squarespace specialist (like, "could probably build a site in my sleep" level). It's the perfect platform for businesses who want a site that's both gorgeous AND something they can actually update.

• Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?

  I do require that you have branding assets (logo, color palette, typography, brand photos, etc.) prior to starting, but we'll work on your content strategy together during our kick-off session if needed. I'll give you templates, guidance, and deadlines that'll make writing your website copy easy.

• How long does the semi-custom design process take?

  From our first coffee chat to launch day, we're looking at 3 weeks for custom and 2 weeks for semi-custom.

• What if I want to add more pages later?

  Additional pages can be added for $500 per page. Because sometimes your website needs to grow with your business (like your coffee budget during tax season).

• How much input do I have in the design process?

  All the input! Whether it’s a custom or semi-custom framework, your brand personality drives all our design decisions. You're the star of this show – I'm just your technical director.

• Do you offer rush services?

  Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

• What happens if I need help after my project is complete?

  I offer 14 days of support after launch for custom projects and you can always reach out to me if you need extra help down the road. Think of it like your website's warranty period, but with more fun GIFs in the emails.
