Summary

If you're anything like me when I first started content writing, you've probably set aside an hour of your day trying to outline blog posts and script short-form videos. But you kept hitting "backspace" and restructuring phrases only to finish your session on the same blank page that you started on.
I know first-hand how frustrating it can be. That's why I learned all the most essential copywriting frameworks and psych-based content marketing techniques so you don't have to.
While you work on the parts of running your business you enjoy most, I can write blog posts that keep you ranking in search results while sprinkling in my own unique perspective (don't worry, I wouldn't say anything controversial) to keep the blog interesting and dynamic.

Process

1. Discovery Call
A discovery call is necessary to help me understand your challenges, desires and needs so we determine what kind of project would best suit you. During this call, I’ll get to know your brand’s values, target audience, goals, and specific project requirements.
2. Contract and Proposal
After I’ve gathered all the information I need, I’ll prepare a proposal and a project brief which will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the call. If during the call, you already made your decision to work with me, I’ll also send over the agreement too. Otherwise, it will be sent after you approve the project proposal.
This agreement outlines the terms, conditions, scope of work and other information. It serves to legally protect both of us. I’ll send over the the agreement through email a few hours after our first call. If not, after you approve the proposal.
3. Let the Project Commence
This is when the magic begins…
I’ll start doing market research based on the information gathered. Then, I’ll begin drafting the content while you patiently wait for me to send over the work for approval. The length of time this takes varies depending on the project but it takes roughly 2 weeks to prepare everything.
And don’t worry, you’ll be updated on my progress throughout the whole project.
4. Feedback Time
Once the draft is completed, I’ll share it with you for feedback.
Depending on how much spare time you have, we’ll either hop on a strategy call in which I’ll present the solution in detail or I can explain it thoroughly through a screen recording (Loom or alternative) and you can provide your thoughts and suggestions through the client portal.
I’ll then make some adjustments based on your suggestions (if necessary) then have it delivered to you in the agreed format (e.g. Word doc, PDF, URL etc.).
5. Share it to the world!
This is the part where I transfer the rights of my work over to you so you can share or schedule the finished digital product on the relevant platform (e.g. landing page, email software, Instagram etc.)
After a few weeks or months (depending on the type of project), I’ll follow up with you with information on how the project has performed and see if we need to fix issues or make any improvements.
