• Management of the migration roadmap and dependency mapping: Coordination of providing a roadmap for migration covering two entities, eight scopes, and 70 services.
• Establishment of migration guidelines and oversight of the target architecture review: Setting directions for migration and assessing the target architecture.
• Oversight of migration phases: Managing various stages of migration, including testing, piloting, migrating, cut-over, and decommissioning.
• Management of deliverables: Overseeing essential documents (planning, RACI, risk matrix, technical documentation, etc.).
• Coordination of migration teams: Collaboration among project managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure project progress.
• Resource management and planning follow-up: Monitoring of used resources and adjusting the schedule as needed.
• Reporting to sponsors: Producing one-pagers and KPIs to inform sponsors and program management.
• Governance facilitation: Organizing and facilitating steering and program committees, decision/alignment meetings, and workshops.
