Oversee and instruct or train staff on projects and daily tasks.
Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition
Employee Relations: create employee handbook, implement employee management systems, oversee payroll, benefits, engagement, recognition. Talent Acquisition: write job descriptions, post on job boards, manage & review applications, interview, onboard, train.
Speech Writing
Speech writing for any engagement such as press conferences, conference panels, keynote addresses, employee presentations, company announcements.
Meeting / Calendar Management
Oversee and manage calendar, organize reoccurring meetings, organize complex travel.
