  • CRM Management

    Will manage customer / client data - collection, organizing, input, sorting, reports - utilizing relationship management platforms such as Salesforce and monday.com.

  • Staff Supervision

    Oversee and instruct or train staff on projects and daily tasks.

  • Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition

    Employee Relations: create employee handbook, implement employee management systems, oversee payroll, benefits, engagement, recognition. Talent Acquisition: write job descriptions, post on job boards, manage & review applications, interview, onboard, train.

  • Speech Writing

    Speech writing for any engagement such as press conferences, conference panels, keynote addresses, employee presentations, company announcements.

  • Meeting / Calendar Management

    Oversee and manage calendar, organize reoccurring meetings, organize complex travel.
