Not necessarily. I’m happy to support existing websites as long as the platform and setup are a good fit!
How quickly are requests handled?
Small updates are typically handled within the same business day, often within a few hours, depending on timing and scope. I’ll always communicate clearly if something requires more time.
How is time billed?
Support is billed hourly, in 15-minute increments, based on the actual time spent.
Can this be ongoing?
Yes. Support can be handled hourly as needed or structured into an ongoing maintenance arrangement if that’s helpful.
