Projects begin at various stages of definition. Some clients come with detailed specifications and assets, while others start with just a conceptual direction. We can begin wherever you are in the process and develop the requirements together.

We maintain flexible communication channels including Slack, Teams, or email for day-to-day updates. For design reviews, we can schedule video calls or utilize Figma's collaborative features for detailed feedback.

The standard process includes 3 rounds of revisions during both Wireframing & Design phases. You can provide comprehensive feedback on layout, interactions, and visual design elements during these structured review cycles.

For projects requiring extended refinement beyond the included revision rounds, we can continue iterations at my standard hourly rate or define a specific scope for the additional changes.

Major directional changes after concept approval represent a new design phase. While we can certainly explore new directions, this would be treated as additional scope and billed at my current hourly rate.

I'm available for ongoing support and evolution of your interface. We can handle minor updates on an hourly basis or scope larger feature additions as separate projects with defined deliverables.
