It operates as a service retainer where I will assist you with your visual requirements for a minimum of one week. Extensions are possible depending on the rapport we establish during our collaboration. How does it work? We will begin with an introductory call to ensure compatibility. During this call, we will define your needs and outline a potential timeline for the retainer. If we determine that we are a good fit, I will provide a contract and proposal outlining the nature of the work and the scope of services, confirming your booking. The retainer fee is a fixed amount for the agreed-upon period, payable weekly or biweekly until completion of the retainer. It is not billed hourly. However, we will establish the weekly hours I will dedicate to your project to give you an idea of my availability and capacity for additional meetings or tasks.
