• How does a retainer work, exactly?

  Think of it as having a dedicated designer on standby. You pay a fixed monthly fee, and I’ll handle all your deck design needs within the agreed scope and hours. No need to start a new contract every time.

• How many requests can I make each month?

  You can make as many requests as you'd like! I’ll work through them based on the total hours included in your plan. If you consistently need more time, we can always scale up.

• What kind of tasks are covered under the retainer?

  Deck creation, redesigns, edits, slide cleanups, infographics, visual improvements, one-pagers, and more. Basically, anything related to presentation design. If you’re unsure whether something fits, just ask!

• Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

  Unfortunately no, hours reset monthly to ensure time availability is guaranteed for active clients. If you consistently need more or less time, we can always adjust the retainer to better fit your workflow.

• Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?

  Absolutely. You can move to a higher-tier retainer or pause/cancel before the next billing cycle. No pressure or lock-ins.

• What’s your typical turnaround time for requests?

  Smaller requests are usually turned around in 24-48 hours. Larger decks might take 3-4 days. If something’s time-sensitive, I’ll prioritize it accordingly (you’ll always be a priority client!).

• Will I get source files with every request?

  Yes! You’ll receive fully editable files plus export-ready PDFs with every task delivered.

• What if I need something outside your scope?

  If it’s outside my zone of genius, I’ll be upfront and can refer you to trusted collaborators who specialize in that area.
