Define - Set Clear Objectives: Transform the insights from research into user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps. Clearly define user objectives and establish the goals and direction of the design.
Ideate - Create Concepts: Translate the defined strategies into tangible design concepts through brainstorming sessions, sketching, and creating information architecture and user flows.
Prototype - Bring Concepts to Life: Create interactive prototypes using a UI kit, and mid and high-fidelity wireframes. The final prototype, accessible on Figma, will be an interactive representation of the product.
Test - Refine and Validate: Conduct usability testing, incorporate user feedback, and continuously iterate the design. Document the process and outcomes on Miro for transparency and collaboration.
Document - Chronicle the Journey: Document the entire design journey, from problem identification to the final design solution, highlighting decisions made and the rationale behind them in a comprehensive case study.
