These are monthly retainers that I offer to creative studios for my graphic design services. It starts from 10 hours a month and I can help on things like brand collateral, print design, social media graphics, website design, etc.

Yes. I am blocking the time off in my calendar to be available for your studio.
Hours can roll over for 1 month. If they are not used in that timeframe you will still be required to pay the fulI amount.
I primarily use email to contact my clients. My project management platform, Hello Bonsai, also has a client portal and I will share the link.
