Pre-training involves annotating and curating images. It’s the most important and time-consuming stage, since we ideally need more than 100–500 style-consistent images before starting fine-tuning.

I aim to deliver 85–99% accuracy on your daily creative work before handing over the model. Essentially, I’ll work alongside your team full-time as a designer, producing an unlimited* amount of assets during the initial training month. *All of this is included in a fixed price for the first month, followed by a fixed ongoing fee.

I integrate the trained model in your tools, whether it is Automattic1111, n8n, or Weavy. Your designers simply plug'n'play with it. Using your own model doesn't require any tech knowledge, as well as I do explainable material in Notion.

I have no rights on client's original work used for training, as well as the resulting generated assets. I rent Google Cloud GPUs to train models. Also, the fine-tuning process could be run locally (by request).
