Scope: one flat CSV or XLSX table, up to 5,000 rows, 20 columns and 10 MB; up to five written cleanup rules. We can trim whitespace, apply exact approved value mappings, normalize dates using a confirmed format, flag required-field gaps and remove exact duplicates using agreed keys. Identifiers and protected columns are preserved.

Deliverables: cleaned file, change log, unresolved exceptions and a separate validation summary. Ambiguous values are flagged for your decision.

Before sending a file, describe the columns, row count, date convention, protected fields and desired rules. We confirm the scope and private file-transfer method first. Work begins after your written rule approval and the funded Contra order. Delivery is three business days after those prerequisites, with one revision within the agreed rules.

This package covers flat data without formulas or macros. Fuzzy matching, enrichment, multiple-table reconciliation, live CRM edits and complex workbooks require a separate scope.
